Background	* Presently, e-learning activity for std. 1 to 10 is partially implemented at all locations. The feedback has been very good & useful to students & teachers. * It is decided to extend this facility to remaining classrooms of all units & enable all class rooms with this facility. * This activity is proposed to be accomplished on priority basis.
Action Taken	* The Domain Committee Member (DCM) Shri Gadgil & IT in charge Shri Sachin sawant had visited the sites & finalized the requirements. * The quotations from vendors for hardware, software, accessories & electrification were finalized.
Present Status	* The items will be procured for smooth functionality & operations of respective schools r placed below [Ref: Annexure – 1].
Action Proposed	* The received material will be checked / tested. It will be installed & made functional. If found OK then according to terms & conditions, payment will be issued to the vendors for submitted invoices. * The operational training will be provided to teachers. A report jointly signed by Head Master/principal of that school & technician will be obtained. * Sachin sir will supervise the implementation task & ensure that the devices are installed & functional.
Recommen-dation	* The proposal may be approved & funds may be made available so that, we can proceed with the material procurement & other activities like labour contracts schedule arrangements etc.

The following items (h/w., s/w. & necessary accessories) will have to be procured to facilitate the students of E-learning facility.
