The College was established in 1991 to educate students staying in and around Borivali.It has XI &XII Science and Commerce Section and HSC Vocational Courses like Construction Technology,Marketing & Retail Management and Medical lab technician,under the Maharashtra State Board

This institution is standing tall and strong for over 25 years only to become a support structure for the students to choose their own career path; most of whom are now noted Doctors,Engineers,Managers,CA,CS,Bussinessmen, Artists & Scientists doing well in their own fields.

Known for giving the most optimum knowledge base for the curriculum, our dedicted staff prepares students for the board and competitive exams effectively. The college steps up to provide a platform for these talented students by organizing various cultural programs and participating in difffernt Inter and Intracollegiate competitions.
